Marcel Lucht has over 30 years of international telecom experience of which 20 years in senior management positions. In his current position he on a group level oversees Operational Excellence for Arcadiz' clients which are large enterprises for which connectivity is business critical. He has a strong security focus and is passionate about customer satisfaction.
