Main functions include: Monitoring battery thermal runaway, float current, string voltage, charge/discharge current, cell voltage, cell internal resistance, cell temperature, ambient temperature, and estimating SOC/SOH, intelligent balance, etc. The device automatically alarms when any parameter exceeds the alarm threshold.

It adopts a distributed single-module architecture and meets the requirements of ANSI/TIA-942 standard. The system is mainly composed of CM module, H3G-TH battery monitoring, TC current and temperature monitoring module and TR thermal runaway module. Control module can be used to query alarms and real-time data and set parameters, etc. The monitoring data and analysis results can be uploaded to the battery management platform or a third-party system through the serial port/network port to achieve centralized network management.
