Heiko Ebermann is global offering manager for liquid cooling with a focus on immersion cooling at Vertiv. He studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Dresden and specialized in thermodynamics and fluid dynamics. Since spring 2000, he has been involved in the cooling technology of server and network cabinets, systematically expanding this business area. Heiko is a member of the international standards committee 48D at the IEC and convenor of the working group WG5, which deals specifically with enclosure cooling and fluid infrastructure within the server rack.
